Jason is an alumnus of NC State University and Covenant Seminary. He is married to Lindsey and they have four children. He moved with his family to Elizabeth City in 2015 to plant Harbor Presbyterian Church.

Stacie has lived in Elizabeth City with her family since 2018. Her husband, Kevin, is retired from the U.S. Coast Guard; Stacie is a homeschool mom to two daughters and earned her Bachelor's degree from Liberty University in 2021.

Lindsay moved to Elizabeth City with her husband and their two kids in 2016. She has an MA in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary and is providing biblical counseling and care resources to Harbor members and the local community.
