    Jason is an alumnus of NC State University and Covenant Seminary. He is married to Lindsey and they have four children. He moved with his family to Elizabeth City in 2015 to plant Harbor Presbyterian Church. 

  • Tim panek

    ruling elder

    Tim has lived in Elizabeth City with his wife and four children since 2014. He is a 2012 graduate of Sola Scriptura Bible College with a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies. Tim has served in the U.S. Coast Guard since 1998.

  • Aaron Turbett

    ruling elder

    Aaron is married to Olga and they have three children. They moved to Elizabeth City in 2015 and he has served in the U.S. Coast Guard since 2001. Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in biblical and theological studies and is currently pursuing a degree in aviation.

  • Pat Tonker

    deacon

    Pat and his wife Sandy were married in Annapolis, MD in 1974 and lived in that area for over 30 years before a job changed moved them to Suffolk, VA, and eventually to Shiloh, NC. They have three children and eight grandchildren. Pat is semi-retired in the energy industry and was first ordained as a deacon in the PCA in 2010.

    Born in Virginia Beach, VA and raised in Gates, NC, Jason moved back to the Albemarle area in 2013 after earning degrees in agronomy from NCSU and Clemson. He and his wife Caroline live in Belvidere, NC with their two children, Grady and Charlotte. Jason works in the Ag industry and was ordained as a deacon in 2024.

  • Michael Blanchard

    Deacon

    Michael was born and raised here in Elizabeth City. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and works in his family's local automotive repair shop. Michael and his wife, Micaiah, were married in May 2023 and welcomed their son, Will, in February of 2024. Michael was ordained as deacon in April 2024.
